The Softears RS10 equips ten balanced armature drivers for a superior audio listening experience. This customised D-MID-B driver adheres closely to the VDSF Target response and offers ultra-low distortion. The enhanced circuit design allows the driver to operate effortlessly and produce natural sound. It provides a frequency range of 20Hz - 40kHz, a sensitivity of 100dB/100mV @1kHz, and an impedance of 25Ω @1kHz (±15%), ensuring an exceptional music listening experience.
5-Way Crossover Design For Speaker-Like Listening Experience
The Softears RS10 utilizes a 5-way crossover design that excels in frequency-time domain and impedance, similar to high-end reference loudspeaker designs. It includes two band-pass filters, a low-pass filter, and a 4th-order LC filter to control impedance and frequency. This results in near-perfect phase-impedance consistency across audible frequencies. Special attention is given to the higher midrange frequencies to match the natural hearing under studio conditions.
